NexaCentre Academic Counselling

Academic Counselling Terms and Service Policy

Please read these terms before submitting an Academic Consultation Request.

1. Purpose of the service

NexaCentre Academic Counselling provides educational guidance to help students understand their academic options, plan their next steps and identify suitable support. Counselling is guidance and does not guarantee admission, scholarships, examination results, visas or any other institutional decision.

2. Scope of consultation

The consultation is based on the information supplied by the student. The counsellor may discuss faculty or university selection, study planning, scholarship or study-abroad preparation, IELTS direction, academic writing and research support, or another agreed academic need.

3. Student responsibilities

The student must provide accurate and complete information, attend at the agreed time, communicate respectfully and review any guidance provided. Students remain responsible for their own applications, deadlines, documents, payments and final decisions.

4. Appointments and changes

Appointments are subject to availability. If a student needs to change an appointment, they should contact NexaCentre as early as possible. Late arrival may reduce the available consultation time, and a missed appointment may need to be rescheduled subject to availability.

5. Fees and refunds

Any applicable fee, package price or payment condition will be shown before payment. Payment covers the agreed consultation or package only. Refund or rescheduling requests are handled according to the applicable payment and service conditions communicated by NexaCentre.

6. Confidentiality and information handling

NexaCentre will use the information submitted for arranging and delivering the requested academic service, communicating about the appointment and maintaining service records. Students should not submit passwords, payment card details or information that is not necessary for the consultation.

7. Professional boundaries

Academic Counselling is not a substitute for legal, immigration, medical, psychological or financial advice. NexaCentre may decline a request that falls outside academic counselling or that requires a decision to be made by a university, examination board, government authority or another third party.

8. Acceptance

By selecting the agreement checkbox on the booking form, the student confirms that they have read and accepted this policy and understand the scope and limitations of the service. The acceptance is stored with the booking submission together with the policy version and acceptance time.
