Industrial Internship prepares students to convert real workplace experience into verified academic and professional learning. Over four structured weeks, learners secure placement approval, agree measurable learning objectives, and document responsibilities while practicing ethical conduct, confidentiality, and workplace professionalism. The course strengthens communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and the ability to respond constructively to supervisor feedback throughout the placement. Weekly activity reports and seven practical mini-projects build progressively toward a final professional portfolio that evidences skill development and workplace contribution. Clear responsibilities are defined for the student, the workplace supervisor, and the academic coordinator, and all evidence submitted must be authentic, well organized, and respectful of employer confidentiality. Final requirements include verified working hours, portfolio submission, supervisor evaluation, student self-evaluation, and an oral presentation to the class. By completion, students demonstrate workplace readiness, reflective judgment, professional maturity, and a realistic, evidence-based plan for continuing their career development after the internship ends.
