This master\u2019s-level course provides a critical and comparative examination of terrorism as a form of political violence and evaluates the strategies used to prevent and counter it.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_d1bfca93c6e15506-77\">Adopting a global International Relations perspective, the course incorporates regional case studies focused on Somalia and the Horn of Africa to connect theoretical frameworks with contemporary security realities.
