This four-week Industrial Internship course prepares students for effective workplace learning by developing essential professional competencies. Key areas covered include workplace communication, teamwork, ethical conduct, critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, adaptability, and reflective practice.
Across eight two-hour sessions, students participate in a 4-step learning cycle—combining concept lectures with practical mini-projects. Every activity directly contributes to building a final Professional Internship Portfolio that demonstrates each student’s workplace readiness, personal growth, and professional competence.
