Diplomacy and International Governance (LLM624)
Course Access: Lifetime
Course Overview
A master’s course for the LLM in International Law. It studies how states and international organisations use diplomacy and legal institutions to manage conflict and cooperation, connecting the legal rules — the Vienna Conventions, the UN Charter, the law of the sea, and leading decisions of the International Court of Justice — to real negotiations and disputes. The Horn of Africa and Somaliland run through every one of its eight lectures.
