Nexa Centre is a professional training institution and through this program, we open a limited number of sponsored places so capable Form Four graduates who cannot afford training are not left behind.
What the program is
The Nexa Graduate Readiness Scholarship Program helps Form Four graduates prepare for university, work, entrepreneurship, and responsible life. It takes learners who have finished secondary school and equips them with the practical readiness that a certificate alone does not provide — through fully or partly sponsored training places funded by donors, diaspora members, companies, and community supporters.
Why the program is needed
Many students finish secondary school with a certificate but without the practical skills that come next: confidence, career direction, digital skills, communication ability, or real preparation for university and employment. Without support, this gap holds back capable young people who simply cannot afford professional training. Sponsorship changes that.

Who can
join
Every Form Four graduate is eligible for the programme itself. Eligibility below refers specifically to the sponsored places, which are limited.
Completed Form Four (secondary school)
From a low-income or financially vulnerable household
Unemployed or without a confirmed next step after school
Able to commit to attending all 3 days of the course

How to apply
The steps depend on whether you’re applying for a sponsored place or registering and paying yourself.
Complete the scholarship application form online, including your school and household background.
Briefly explain your circumstances and why you’d like to join the programme.
The Nexa Centre team reviews applications against eligibility and available sponsored places.
Successful applicants are notified and placed on the next available course date.
Complete the short registration form with your details.
Choose to register as individual or as a group
Pay the course fee to secure your place — US$20 if registering individually, or US$15 per person if registering as a group of up to 3.
Receive confirmation and joining instructions by email/WhatsApp.
